COVID-19 - Level Orange at Forté Health

The removal of visitor restrictions is one of the key changes at Forté Health, following the introduction of the Government’s ‘traffic light’ system for COVID-19.

Canterbury is operating at the Orange Level of the COVID-19 Protection Framework – known as the ‘traffic light’ system – which came into effect on 3 December 2021.

Key changes being implemented as a result of the Orange Level setting include the removal of visitor restrictions. There are also new processes for visitors checking in to the hospital.

While Forté Health is pre-screening patients and advising them of these updated rules it’s recommended all patients and visitors read Forté’s detailed COVID-19 Requirements prior to arrival.
